I've installed Exodus, but can't get live TV add-ons to work.

It's Jay-Z's place for basketball and concerts. They just happen to play hockey games there as well. There will be no changes made.

there is a download service called stream. It compiles many builds, my favourite is mental state. On mental state there is a live stream service called made in canada iptv. They have sportsnet streams and tsn streams that are HD quality.

Or pro sport which is just the nhl reddit compiled onto kodi

30 is "limit".

You need at least 14 to stream HD. That's on a perfect setup (wired with nothing else on your connection).

Remember that your 30 plan isn't 30. It's probably 25 down and 5up. Your 25 down is probably closer to an 18/19.

For your router, the connection speed could drop over the connection if the WiFi standard isn't fast enough. You'll want to avoid slower 802.11b connections, and the newest 802.11n is the ideal choice.

Sum it down for you. Get at least 50 and a faster router.
