My point is that people always say that people need to lighten up, yet blow up at things that don't really mean anything. I don't want to make a big thing out of it, just that the double standard/hypocrisy is hilarious.

My mom and step-dad had problems with those big black mofos and they got those ultrasonic things you plug into the outlets and they actually work. Haven't had a problem since, no mice either since.

Did that too, but those spiders were determined. They were mostly confined to the garage, but they got into the basement as well. They got that Mosquito Joe this year and they didn't have any problems with mosquitos, but not sure if it was because of the spray or because it was like the Dust Bowl out there for most of the summer. just being there for a couple hours once a week was enough to coat my car with dust/dirt so that I had to use my washer fluid to clear it.
