stat sheet made it seem like a dominant win.....no goals, low shots, contributions by everyone.

dzingel seems like a player, I was telling my brother in the pre-season that when I watch him play he reminds me of Hoffman in his rookie year. not saying he'll put up the same numbers, but they play a very similar style

Hoffman had a strong game as well and could have had a couple of goals. in one case he was left all alone at the front of the net

I really liked the lines last night.

I feel as though those combos puts everyone in the best possible place to succeed.

Ottawa is not a fast team by any stretch but those line combos do a good job to mask it. We had at least one speedy guy on each of the top 3 lines (Kelly hasn't really lost anything speed-wise on that 4th line either).

The only piece I don't see fitting in long-term is Pyatt. That's where Mac could have/should have been slotted. If Puempel can show us ANYTHING at all offensively, he could maybe fit in there.
