Anyone else see that Dougie Hamilton’s name has been floating around as a potential trade? I like Dougie and would not be trading him unless there was a guy like Tyler Toffoli coming back. We desperately need someone on the RW who can keep up with Money and Johnny.

No thanks! Keep Dougie unless somebody overpays big time for him, or Rass and Kylington both turn into legit top 4 dmen.

I honestly think Hamilton is the better of the two anyway (they are fairly even defensively and I give the edge to Hamilton offensively). Plus Hamilton is 6'6 (you can't teach size), he has the tools to be a dominant defenseman for years to come.

Why would we trade arguably the better player (who just signed with us long term) for a guy holding out for a contract with another team?
