A win tonight puts us equal with Toronto in points. Guess that means the #1 overall player is a bust since he's playing and has done well on the scoreboard, yet that team is as bad as our team filled with #2 overall busts.

Ugh....forgot til just now that the game is on NBC Sports. That channel lags out on me (on both cable boxes) so often and it seems to happen a lot during scoring chances.

This injury is probably killing him much more than it is us. Guys like him want to be nowhere more than they want to be on the rink daily.

Sam has been one of the few players that I think have played well for all 4 games. But it's a team sport. One guy can't do it all himself.

Reinhart is not a guy who's going to drive scoring IMO. He's a perfect compliment to a guy like Eichel.

I will agree with that I never liked our back up when we got him when you have a goaltender with injury history you should back him up that is capable to play a lot of games

The two of them are a perfect fit, IMO. Sam is also pretty versatile though, where you can play him at C or W.

I thought he was going to get a point per game with Eichel to be honest I was so excited to see those too .. But to call him a bust is kind of ridiculous even with my negativity standpoint lol

I disagree. Reinhart and Eichel are 19 and 20 years old. They still have 2-3 years before we can fully tell what they will be, IMO.
