You're just mad because you have a Corsi negative top pairing defender playing 30 minutes a night of amazing hockey. You're losing every theoretical game in the NHL you (frank)ing loser.

Heard Marinaro and co. talking on how advanced stats were complete nonsense Friday on Westisland690.

I tend to now think advanced stats have to be awesome unfortunately.

For Sergachev's 9 games is it games played? Does it count when he's in the pressbox?

Therrien is trying Radulov + Weber at the blue line on the PP.

Markov and Petry on the second wave.

Me neither.

I do think a guy like Beaulieu would be worth trying as well... you know.... to give some mobility to our blueline when cycling the puck.

agree. Beaulieu has some pretty good offensive instinct. it would be interesting to see what he could do on that first wave.

He'll have his chance.

Only 5 games into the season.

He's been on the second wave a couple of time. Not the biggest shot but he hits the net.

Probably like Galchenyuk last year, he'll have his chance when the team is a total poop show and playoff hopes are long gone.

I always liked Markov's vision on the ice and his ability to pass.

Should be interesting to see if Radulov can do a better job than Markov to set up Weber for his booming shot.

Still early in the year, so it's not a bad idea to try different combinations.

I'd like Kreider to try that again this year ... there's a new man mountain on the blue line to take his head off if he tries that poop again.
