looking forward to the games tonight , but i must admit having mixed feelings towards the alumni game(s) , i find it hard if not a little sad , to see what great players they were , now struggling to pass and skate not the way i remember the oiler /jets rivalries for sure

I offered half of the asking but it's from my step-mother, and she'd rather sell it here for 30K than in the Philippines for 60, she can only take out 10K a year from the Philippines and here she will get the whole thing. She sold a bunch of land to Germans building a golf course about 10 years ago and a lot of that money is still sitting in the bank there. She's still sitting on 12K-15K acres.
