I'm talking about player, role and play for that role. As 4th line guys Gaunce and Burrows both look good, as a top 9 guy, Virtanen has looked slow, can't complete a pass, can't finish a play, hasn't been taking the body. He is basically not doing any of the things that are supposed to be part of his "upside".
