I think the sample set was long enough for both of those goaltenders to warrant the lack of faith they ultimately received.

Have a feeling (hope) Ziatsev will only get better. They should lock him up to an economic 3-year deal asap, in my opinion.

To be fair, Reimer was traded before I started posting, and Bernier is Bernier. So I'll continue to defend Andersen.

Gardiner should be able to own 3 on 3 but (frank) he looked so (frank)ing lost out there tonight. That goes for most of our D at times tonight.

We'll be better...id guess we have more than 82 points by the end of the year.

But (frank) it still sucks losing this way.

Reimer and especially Bernier were letting in softies and goals in the first 5 minutes. ...almost every game. Andersen is not. Its already an upgrade, despite the high goals against. I'm willing to be patient with this....for now.

The "team played like crap in front of him" excuses. That's what gets me the most, is the hypocrisy. Everyone had a favourite goalie of the three. and the same excuse was thrown about by different people depending on the goalie who was in that night

Person A"Bernier sucks. Let in 5"
Person B "Nope team played like poop, wasn't his fault"

Person B " Reimer sucks. Let in 5"
Person A "Nawh, the team played like ass in front of him"

Man Marner looks like he's about 14, I can't believe he can not only hold his own in the NHL but this kid has been one of the best players on the ice in these games. This is (frank)ing amazing.

Also I love Matthews total deadpan after scoring in the lameout, I think he's gonna have a lot of been-there-before non-celebration goal celebrations, love it.
