Meh, I find it interesting personally, lot of the same things said about Weber going to the habs matches up with what was said when Pronger joined the Oilers. That he would regress etc. It didn't happen, he just got better.

+/- is only ever a stat posted when it is a positive number. Everyone says it means shiit when it is a negative number.. Funny about that.

It's obviously a stat you need to take with a grain of salt.

But in the end, if a guy is very highly in the + or - it ends up revealing how things generally go when he's out there.

I think its generally the opposite.. when a player like ovechkin is -35 you have to look into why. but that season was great, he was poop on pretty bad for it
