That couldn't have been better. Hats off to Yak for doing more to put critics in their place. He is a talented player and earned this chance.

That said this is a good start to the season when you look at what little the team did to improve in the off season. I think most realists would agree that the oil needed to add two decent dmen or at least a decent top righty. I think Larsson fans are seeing that he is not that. Personally I think Russel is a better addition. Especially when you factor in the loss of a top 2 way forward.

Lol (frank) off. Larsson and Klefbom were on for a total of 4 even strength shots against (all from the outside) against one of the league's top teams. He's a high quality shutdown Dman; you're just too blind and biased to see it.
