Seguin, Wheeler, Sabotka, Kessel, Thornton, Eriksson, Hamilton, etc. it's always something with a player.

Can't we just play the (frank)ing kids and allow them to use there strength and work on there weaknesses?

We have not developed a core player since Marchand and maybe Pasta is the "next" core player to be developed. But for the love of God or whatever you find holy can we not bash these kids and there weaknesses, there developing kids.

Recchi, Kelly and Pevs in there prime are not coming through the the door anytime soon. The Merlot line is obsolete. Timmy is in hiding in a bunker. Just give the young guys a shot.

Think Bradley, Betts, Bogarts, Pedroia.....all had issues and the sox stuck with them and now the are studs. Time......time.

Rather lose on a kid missing an assignment that watching chara lose a tire on the O blue line, or k. Miller flopping on the ice waving his stick, or Quaider injuring himself....

The Nash line is like three sea biscuits without the winning.

I don't mind Nash but we don't need two fourth lines. Give Belesky someone to play with!

While I agree, you're stretching with some of those names.

Thornton was a casualty to protect upper management, which didn't work.
Wheeler sucked and without that trade we don't get a cup
We won the Kessel trade so....
Sabotka? Really not worth mentioning
Eriksson we just wanted Backes more, I don't see what there "just was" with him.
Hamilton wanted out, deal with it
Seguin, yes it sucks, but without that trade we wouldn't have signed Iginla and wouldn't have had the cup run. It was a bad trade, but it did make sense at the time as both a salary dump and a run for the cup.

Every player was bashed and or female doged about by half the fans for one reason or another. Point is kind of simple in that we need to figure the whole "developing and keeping" good players around thing.

Sick of the excuses, there always seems to be excuses. Spooner my kill baby seals on the weekends, I don't care, play him. Morrow is inconsistent, don't care, play him.

Getting sick of watching grinders and old folks missing the net and falling over there walkers.

We have let some superstars go and hung onto some "blah" players because of some"tough guy code" here in Boston. I'm just so done with it after seeing it for 30 years.

If these guys know what they are doing as coaches and managers then they would get the best out of there players........doesn't seem to work with a bunch of studs we let go across the NHL.

Your all over the place tonight.

What are you so angry about? They have been playing kids. Spooner got the night off which I dont agree with but he has been a regular. The are giving a kid, Heinen, an opportunity. Krug is another player they have developed since Marchand. You could also say Kevin Miller is a work in progress. You cannot just play kids and hope they turn into studs. The Bruins have a system which includes responsible two way play and having a veteran 4th line. Unfortunately they have fallen flat in the last month of the past two seasons. They have pretty solid organizational depth right now to plug in the kids with the veterans they have.

You use Morrow as an example. Has he shown you anything to just give him a free ride in the top 6? Maybe he will but he hasn't shown me anything yet.

Me tambien! Also, Taylor Hall is a punk. Puts his gloves in Backes face then complains to the ref when he gets one back. Weak.

Holy crap you guys.
Bergeron, Krecji, Marchand, Tuukka. Our best 4 players all developed by the Bruins.

Seguin trade only sucks cuz of the return. The rest led to us getting Chara and Savard and a cup and 2 more deep cups runs.

As far as the comment on the tough guy code..... It's called Bruins hockey my friend , which is likely a major reason why you became a Bruins far 30 yrs ago.

I agree with most of that except Seguin and Hamilton. Stop letting them off with these moves, because it's inexcusable and franchise changing. You contradict yourself, because they didn't win the Kessel trade after they trade Seguin and Hamilton...... The front office should have been cleaned out the year after they traded Seguin. Cup run with Iginla? What cup run? The President's trophy is meaningless without a big playoff splash. Are you actually impressed by the Rangers and Caps winning it recently? The Bruins were embarrassed by the Habs in the 2nd round, I would rather have Seguin all of these years than that "big run". Pasta should be playing 2nd line with Krejci right now, because the top line should be disgusting with Bergeron, Marchard, and Seguin. And Hamilton was terrible asset management. Look at what's going on with Trouba, and the crazy scenarios that are out there. Look at what was moved for defensemen with a much lower ceiling than Hamilton these past few years. It was a knee jerk move and Neely should be accountable for both yet he still has a job. I like Claude a lot and I'm trying to have faith in Sweeney but they were in the system that led to these terrible moves. The future may be bright, but it was a lot brighter!

Stupidest thing I've ever heard, not winning the Kessel trade because seguin and Hamilton were traded. I suppose if Rask gets traded we will have lost st the raycroft trade?

And I meant they were going for it, not that they did make it to the cup. At the time, eriksson + iginla was better than seguin

As i said the return on the Seguin trade sucked. We did clear out Chia pet, though a year later then we should have. Chia also traded Hall for worse then he did with Seguin. poop moves by Chia.

Hamilton wanted out, we had to move him as opposed to letting him sit. Should have got a roster player but didn't. We did get 15th, 45th and 52nd overall picks. Time will tell on that trade.

Traded kessel got seguin won the cup, thats the point of the nhl. Win the cup.

I'll take bergy or marchand or Krecji over Seguin any day. If we kept Seguin one of those 3 would be gone.

As far letting then off the hook goes, I'm not all the close with Bruins management not sure how beating a horse 3yrs in row helps at all.

We gambled n lost the Seguin trade. Too late now.

Spooner should be playing, Hayes should not be.
