Don't get me wrong, i am thoroughly enjoying the opening of the season, but we got 78 games to go. Lets hope they keep it up.

Sbisa has been an absolute liability(least ice-time tonight and yet is personally to blame for half the teams overall giveaways), his absence would make this team even better. Let's see what Tree's got.

With Rodin and/or Virtanen hopefully drawing in to replace Skille and/or Gaunce, perhaps we can get a better goal differential going as well.

After this next Buffalo game, the first real test begins in Southern California

As for Sbisa not seeing it there .... he's been good and this was a great Blues team so there will be chances against ... don't have any reports Tree is ready for that responsibility yet... plus his conditioning... consensus was he wasn't ready... I like him and see him replacing someone ... just not yet ...young D guy needs a slow intro here .... not like a forward trying to get NHL scoring touch going like say JV

Good points but....for all intents and purposes....from my POV....Sbisa has been bad....in every way, shape and form...both statistically and byway of the "eye-test". Check it out.

Ideally Tree actually gets some ice-time, seeing as how he appears unwilling to report to Utica. Has Sbisa played better than Edler, Tanev, Hutton, EG and Larsen? Waiting for the inevitable injury to throw the rookie into the fire...seems...like....a...bad....idea.

You are right he hasn't played better then the others but well enough to be third pair...
don't know if Biega and Tree right now are an improvement from what Sbisa is bringing... he's had physical play and some offensive pressure ...

but it's going to get harder as the nothing to lose Nucks expectation wise have been winning ... more tests to come cause those Cali teams need wins so will play them hard... you wan to throw Tree the rookie into that now ...?
