I never really appreciated vacation as much as I have come to since I turned 30. I'd always use my days from work sparingly, staggering them around long weekends or regular weekends, to try to take mini vacas all throughout the year.

Since life ramped up with marriage, the kid, etc, I have really come to love taking 2 weeks at a time, although I am incredibly bored by the end usually.

I'll go with Marner. I think they'll all start fast but hit a wall in a couple weeks.

Well the jury is still out on most of these guys if you ask me....

But yeah you might be right about teams being more worried if young "future stars" leave when things don't work out immediately.
