Until rakel and lindholm are signed, ducks got worse, on a large scale.

To be honest, I think Montreal if healthy is a lock for the playoffs. The only other Canadian team I see with a shot is Ottawa

Its not like that line will see limited ice time. Dorsett was used more than the twins both down a goal in the late third and protecting leads late in a game...

Looking like we will start with the kid line that many have been hoping for. Unless they put Hansen on RW

I hope we see Hansen with Sven and Bae.

Hansen and Bo have great chemistry already on the PK and played well together two seasons ago.

I'd like to see JV earn his stripes in the A as a top six and not play 3rd line on the Nux... it takes longer for that power forward game and he needs to be molded into a top six power forward winger, and not a 3rd /4th line grinder...

Gaunce looked pretty happy in his interview on making the team glad he's getting a shot to start the year, he earned it.

I was not disappointed that we didn't pick up any waiver players. I read Ferraros assessment yesterday and a few other comments about being slow.

The fact is we have enough youth on the team this year. Those guys were fringe players being waived same as Etem.

The good news is Gaunce now looks NHL ready. Hutton looks like the real deal. Rodin looks to be a nice addition maybe even better than Sven. Edler looks like he is going to be a force and a leader this year.

That is a lot of good things happening

Yeah would have to agree with this…I think WPG has an outside shot.

the guy Toronto picked up lookss pretty darn good. 77 pts in the ahl last year, he's 5'9 but still worth a look clearly. The waiver wire seems to be better players as we enter the new CBA era

Rodrigo Abols is no longer on the @pdxwinterhawks roster. There hasn't been any announcement from the team (or another team) about it yet.

I seem to recall they had too many overagers...he was probably traded.

Those players are not better than what we have. We sent down two pretty good players with Stecher and Lebate . No room .
