I know it's preseason, but this is the Caps so the team should have put on a better effort. Lots of worrying signs. No way Seidenberg should play over Pulock. PA should not be anywhere near the top line.

I know it's just preseason, but everybody looked pretty awful tonight. I'm just sick of the same poop every year. The PP again, 4 forwards with Leddy, leaving two huge shots (Boychuk/Pulock) on the bench.

And we can blame Cappy all we want but the reality is, they have three (not including Barzal) right handed shots on the entire team. With Strome playing center, you have two guys playing the off wing. Ideally, not to beat a dead horse, it would be nice to get a top line RW for Johnny to push PA to the second or third line. Then, I would have no problem with him, and he'd be good depth.
