After some fact checking it was the prospect camp.

Basically what im saying is some.people on here get to hyped up over certain prospects when every year the hype changes to a new player.

The questions is where did that even come from? Not one person was freaking out about Beulliver in fact he hasn't been cut yet

Not trying to be a Richard, but a lot of this is inaccurate.

Dal Colle never had a camp so strong that he was in contention to stick. That's not to say that he was bad, but he was never, ever close to sticking around.

Going purely off what Staple said, there's an extremely good chance that Pulock is not a starter on opening night.

There is a very real chance that one or both of Barzal and Beauvillier stick around. Maybe they only play their 9 (or less) games, but there's a good chance they stick around. Looking forward to watching both of them play tonight as this is their final chance to make it impossible for management to send them back to juniors.

Unrelated, to this conversation, some Staple tweets:

Arthur Staple @StapeNewsday
Capuano says still decisions to be made based off today's game. Pulock/Pelech played 5 of 7 games so far, didn't need to see them again.

Arthur Staple @StapeNewsday
Capuano said he likes the tempo his team has had in D zone exits so far. D and forwards moving puck quickly out of zone.

Arthur Staple @StapeNewsday
Cap on Barzal: Shift times were a problem first couple games. "He's around the veterans, he sees what you need to do. He's gotten better."

Arthur Staple @StapeNewsday
Lee trying RW today. #Isles have used Quine, Prince, Bailey, now Lee on off wing. Cap: "@titobeauvi21 said he's comfortable there too."

edit: "@titobeauvi21" is Beauvillier's twitter account, in case someone doesn't know who he was referring to

Man PAP is reminding me why I was so pissed when he got signed. (frank)ing slow as shat and an absolute abortion in his own end. Seidenberg looks like he's 103 yrs old

Not really seeing this great outlet pass that Seidenberg possesses in fact I don't think one of his passes have made it out of the zone

Yeah, what was that about? "Now look, I've asked multiple times about this thing that's not a problem and no one else ever talks about."

I'm getting the impression they've got their own Butchie in DC.

It's in the same place you'll find Josh Bailey's electrifying defensive abilities.

My favorite from the period was "Ryan Strome had a pretty good year last year and was rewarded with $5 million," then goes on to explain going from 17 to 8 goals

My question to them is: What the (frank) is the alternative? Do you expect a player to go 'welp, here comes Orpik to crush me. Man this is gonna suck, wish there was something I could do about it!'

JT just passed the puck right to Ovie in the d zone. I'm going to have to change the channel when JT and PA are in the d zone.

Isles offense non existent. Power play looks like garbage again. Atta boy, Dougie Weight. I know it's "just preseason", but really?

It's a sin to have this guy on the 1st line of a team expected to go far in the playoffs.
