I didn't watch the game just the highlights. Wonder if labatte will be suspended the league loves to use the canucks in a bad way, wasn't the hit dangerous and predatory need to get that out of the game, meanwhile it happens everynight elsewhere and not a peep.

Definitely noticeable. Big and mean. He took a couple of stupid penalties against Calgary but that was just because he thought the team needed to work on the PK 'cause he's just that good of a leader.

He's not a Weber or Doughty or whatever but he checks a lot of boxes that this team needed checked.
