The D looks decent. Greene on the pp is a waste. Frenchie is the goods. Merrill shouldn't make the cut based on play (but I expect he will). Hopefully he improves. Quincy looks like he's worth what we pay him. Not bad and a bit physical but not a game changer. Solid Vet and maybe a good deadline trade chip. If Shero can make a real improvement on D via a good trade I'd do it but only for a real high quality guy. We've got plenty of NHL 3-7 d men.

Offense looks decent if everyone's healthy. Speers played a nice game. Not NHL ready but was impressive. Zacha looks ready. I wouldn't count on Bennett but he definitely showed he has skill. Seems worth the 3rd we flipped fir him.

I liked Wood and Lappin the other night at MSG.
