George stalks me regularly... it takes all my resolve to not hurt myself.. like seriously he has serious problems and has said some awful stuff to me.. I don't want to say he isn't all there but something is clearly not wired correctly.

I haven't blocked him yet because the volume of garbage is simply astounding. It's like a train wreck.

Actually I would think a more recent example would be griffin Reinhart.

Mayfield proved himself greater in the Washington series

He proved he was better than Reinhart, and I don't think he'd clear waivers, but I also think he's not able to move well enough to beat out anyone below:
Hamonic
Leddy
Boychuk
Dehaan
Hickey
Pulock
Pelech
Seidenburg

I like mayfield, but his skating scares me. I don't want to lose him but he's not better than 8 guys in front of him. Pelech can still go down without waivers and so can pulock. I'd keep pulock and risk losing berube over mayfield.

I wish Mayfield had JT's skating coach, but there is always a benefit for having a hard hitter in the back with a smooth skater supporting. Mayfield might not be the best skater up and down, but if he can improve his in-zone skating (corners to net/in-zone), he is worth protection.

@StapeNewsday And Josh Bailey who stunk up the joint last year - 1st line right now? Based on what body of work ?????

@GeorgeAPace @StapeNewsday repeat after me - preseason hockey means nothing.

George Pace ‏@GeorgeAPace 51m51 minutes ago
@6_isles @StapeNewsday Baileys career over 7 years does. He isn't a 1st line player. Our coaching refuses to accept that

@GeorgeAPace @StapeNewsday preseason hockey doesn't mean anything. Rinse, repeat.

*** now he starts warming up*****

George Pace ‏@GeorgeAPace 21m21 minutes ago
@6_isles @StapeNewsday Bailey on 1st Line would be like Strait on 1st Defensive Pairing - Neither makes any sense #isleskoolaid defends it

George Pace ‏@GeorgeAPace 22m22 minutes ago
@6_isles @StapeNewsday Bailey has failed for 7 years - Cappy Rinses repeats him yearly expecting different results. #isleskoolaid

George Pace ‏@GeorgeAPace 21m21 minutes ago
@6_isles @StapeNewsday So instead of rolling 37 out 52x, you give the KIDS the experience - Notice they are never ready? HINT HINT

@GeorgeAPace @StapeNewsday art I don't know how you do it. This dudes gonna give himself a jammer before the 1st game.

@6_isles @StapeNewsday Cappy can use the likes of you to roll out Bailey and Strait even though they rarely if ever produce !!! Apply Now !

George Pace ‏@GeorgeAPace 18m18 minutes ago
@6_isles @StapeNewsday roflmao. You should work for Cappy. He doesn't get it - and it seems neither do you

George Pace ‏@GeorgeAPace 19m19 minutes ago
@6_isles @StapeNewsday 7 yrs in, and you see NO problem with Bailey on 1st Line? Seriously Tom, he hasn't earned it. Yet you pooh pooh it

George Pace ‏@GeorgeAPace 19m19 minutes ago
@6_isles @StapeNewsday 10 years in - Time to GROOM the kids. Bailey taking ANY time at ANY point in the season is a WASTE of time

George Pace ‏@GeorgeAPace 20m20 minutes ago
@6_isles @StapeNewsday So, in preseason - WASTE time by giving Bailey 1st line time instead of kids. GREAT ideas Tom - gag

@GeorgeAPace @StapeNewsday I'm sorry, where have I defended anything? I said preseason hockey means nothing. Reading comprehension.

George Pace ‏@GeorgeAPace 13m13 minutes ago
@6_isles @StapeNewsday No Tom, but when I see people that defend 10 years of ZERO results, I can't take it anymore

@GeorgeAPace @StapeNewsday if you can't afford your meds I can start a gofundme page for you. Just need a mailing address

@6_isles @StapeNewsday But, keep your eyes, brain closes and ignore results. Then I completely understand where you are coming from

George Pace ‏@GeorgeAPace 13m13 minutes ago
@6_isles @StapeNewsday So pretend it doesn't matter. The body of results of Snow/Cappy destroy your "nonsense"

George Pace ‏@GeorgeAPace 13m13 minutes ago
@6_isles @StapeNewsday You defending pathetic coaching, even in preseason, is just assinine. Cappy has won ZERO at any level he coached at

George Pace ‏@GeorgeAPace 13m13 minutes ago
@6_isles @StapeNewsday List out the Banners, Trophies and parades Tom? None? Then look in the mirror already. Christ

@GeorgeAPace @StapeNewsday hello, twitter? I found a crazy person

@6_isles @StapeNewsday #isleskoolaid - It is amazing how much damage it does to the brain. Mediocrity is accepted and defended. Stunning

I don't know about that. Mind you, I only watched parts of the oil-nuck game. But the parts I did see, he didn't look very good. Got pushed off the puck fairly easily in the corners, looked a little confused and his skating is still an issue. Looks like he's dragging an anchor.

If his skating improved, he'd have a regular roster spot, agreed. If by protection you're referring to the expansion draft, they're not going to protect him. Boychuk, Leddy, Hammer, Pulock are the odds on favorite to be protected. I highly doubt that LV would take a flyer on a project when hickey, Dehaan, and others will be available. Just my opinion.

Oh yeah, but so does KR. That's why I think they're one and the same. The arguments just sound so much alike. Not listening/hearing anything anyone else says. It's arguing for the sake of arguing.

Its not even arguing. Lmao. Guys like that find something to.complain about in everything.

The islanders could go 81-1 and he would complain about the line up in the one loss
