If he wasnt a RW Id say no shot, but he played well after signing with Albany last year, is a volume shooter, and besides Palmieri, RW is a crapshoot with DSP, bennett, and other people playing out of position. I still dont think he will opening night, but would think we will definitely see him at some point this year.

That said, call ups for forwards should be nice with most likely blandisi, lappin, quennville, wood coleman and pietlia all starting in the minors. Much better than oneill, whitney sislo etc and the likes that were previous clal ups and way better than rutuu tootoo farnham etc that made up the bottom 6 last year.

He's hasn't been projected for anything. We signed him late last year and he did well in the Albany Playoffs and had a couple big goals. He's certainly not as highly thought of as Vesey but he's been a nice surprise.

I just thought it has to be rare to have two Ivy League guys on the top line in the NHL facing each other... even in preseason.
