Isles ownership are in talks to build a new arena there......right next to the dollar store on 27. Cheap land apparently.

He's looked pretty damn good at WC's. I just read this morning in Newsday i think, that after the stacked canadian roster, the US sh!tting the bed.....Halak has been the next big topic. If he's healthy he's absolutely the best goaltender the isles have. He's battle tested in the playoffs, and this isles team can go deep. You want him healthy for the run...

Question.......if CC gets bumped up to a different line, is he technically still a 4th liner?

Also, if he saw PP time, and got 10 more pts......is he now worth it?

Look im a huge casey cizikas fan but hes not getting power play time lets be honest, hes a 3rd or 4th line guy thats a grinder and good defensively and can chip in here and there but no way will he see power play time

If Gremlin didn't get PP time, Zeeker isn't either. Although, Grabner couldn't hit water if he fell out of a boat. So, there's that.

I dont think its stupid......i think they are gonna ease him into the league. He's too good for juniors and too young for the AHL. He's extremely talented, but phuck Tavares looked like a kid his first year too. I dont think its a bad idea to put him between two vets who can actually play the game.

We hag a guy in Binghamton named dennis hamel he scored 54 goals one year and always could score but he was just shy of being a top 6 nhl player and couldnt play like a 3rd or 4th line guy in that he wasnt physical and he didnt play great d and therefore wasnt in the nhl for long. It wasnt his style of play or in his game now barzal is similar but he has more talent to be a top 6 player and if he makes the team hes going to be a top six guy maybe 3rd line player to start but 3rd lines are mostly matched vs other teams top lines . C.c. and c.c. and j.c are going to be our "4th" line and probably be very effective and score however barzal doesnt fit that mold, square peg round hole
