Somebody check McIrath and Girardi's skates...maybe that was the issue

I really thought McIlrath looked quicker, and I'm not the biggest McIlrath guy

Listen, I'm not trying to troll.. honestly..

Zibby was the whipping boy amongst my group of friends. We are all diehards and watch basically every game.

The reason is because we all knew his potential. I mean we aren't going to waste our time ripping into a poopty 4th liner like Chris Neil. He doesn't get enough ice time to make a difference.

The trade was probably a huge wake up call and I'm sure he's going to be good.

The only reason I responded in this thread is because someone was saying how brutal of a GM we have and how bad of a trade it was for the Sens after watching him for one game.

Its all good.

I was not the biggest Brass supporter on here. To me he didn't use his shot enough and he had a few games where he racked up points, and wasn't very good on the defensive end. I'm sure some of this was my own bias, but he was our #1 center and a beast in the playoffs. I hope he does well for you guys, because he seemed like a genuinely great guy.

Plus the video of him taunting Lapierre when he was on Pitt in the playoffs is classic.

I am glad practically every Ranger fan says he was a beast in the playoffs. I know he had good point production but that doesn't always tell the whole story.

Your boy Malte looked a bit overwhelmed last night. Does he go to the Pack? Probably do him well down there.

Yup, seemed like no matter how bad a year they were having, you could always count on 2 guys in the playoffs. Brass & Kreids
