Covered bridges are underrated and very scenic IMHO. Except the covered bridge in this park near me that is just land mines of horse crap.

We need someone to hit the expansion draft criteria. Manning needs 14 games. AMac needs 40. Schultz could right now, but he'd need a 1 year contract. 1 of them has to do so. And like I said, I worry about Hexy not wanting to send them down. Ideally one gets traded, one gets sent down, one sits in the press box the majority of the year.

Yep. Manning and Schultz are the easiest choices. But I am seeing writing on the wall that says AMac is with the Flyers this year. I really think Hextall feels bad about sending him down to the AHL b/c he's been on record saying he's not an AHL player. That leaves Schultz maybe being traded and Manning as the 7. Or worst case, neither Provorov or Morin being in the lineup. Hexy needs to nut up tbh.

I'm just not sure what Big Sam needs to work on. I was saying a few months ago up until the last week that he will probably be a 2nd half call-up. But now, 2 games in so far with plenty of time to change my mind back, I'm wondering why? What is he going there to work on? He's been methodical with and w/out the puck, winning every board battle, completely eliminating scoring chances and cycles, smart quick transitions with the puck, timed pinches, everything really. He's playing exactly the way he was asked as a shutdown, plus passing d man. I'd really like to see him tried out with a pure puck mover in his next game.

Konecny is an amazing everything offensively.

Do you think he could be an effective C? His development path is very reminiscent of one Claude Giroux thus far. Late 1st round draft pick, drafted as a winger, highly skilled but Travis is a bit faster than G was at that stage

He's played Center in the past, I beleive. I haven't seen enough of the player to make that determination personally. Hextall has stated that they see him as a winger.
