Marner looked real good. Loved his takeaways and turning nothing into something all night. Great start to camp for a guy who I never noticed at all last time around.

Marner and Nielsen played well.

Everyone else sucked. Bibeau was the Sens most valuable player.

Oh, and Marner's biggest problems were

1) not hitting the net, although I suspect that will happen when he settles in.
2) The rest of the team is nowhere near he skill level.

Wish there was a way that Marner, Matthews, Nylander, Brown, Rychel and Soshnikov all made this team. But i can't see how unless we bury one of them on the 4th line, or we trade Bozak and i'm not sure that's the right way to go.

Oh and Andreas Johnson.
