And I think Tyler Johnson is a guy who Yzerman can replace, Peca, Brayden Point. Tie up the guy long term who you can't replace like Hedman, Stamkos and maybe Vasy and then replace others through great drafting and smart moves.

Finding a player like Palat aint easy. So allround and great lockerroom guy. Probably wont cost north of 5m long term either.

Palat over Johnson... Johnson has been good in the playoffs but a lot of that in my opinion is setup by what Palat does. Same goes for Kuch they both benefit more from Palat then Palat does from them. But that is my opinion.
