Nope, doesn't exist. That's exactly what the block element feature does. It's literally like an "erase" button for whatever you want. I haven't seen one of those things since the first time I saw one.

I don't have it enabled on my home computer for this site, but on my phone every now and again a message pops up basically saying please disable your ad block, we need to pay our bloggers. Which again I wouldn't have a problem with if the site worked from a mobile device without ad block.
