Jets seemingly have Hellebuyck waiting in the wings. And to a somewhat lesser extent, Comrie as well. Plus Pavelec and Hutchinson.

Stars have a need, but also have two expensive goaltenders that they'd need to find a way to dump first.

Coyotes could probably use someone if they don't have total faith in Domingue, but Smith makes a lot of money and is signed for this season + 2 more.

Hurricanes have a need, but have two guys signed for this season + 1.

Sabres will eventually realize that Lehner is total trash.

It's not gonna be easy for PIT and TBL to get fair value for their goaltenders that they need to move.

Im really excited to see the boys play on Tuesday. I am really excited about Zib. everything I read tells me he is going to be a good player. Not sure if I like him with Kreids and Buch - not much D on that line. I am also interested to see if any of the kids make the team - other than Vesey and Buch who are almost givens and Skjei who is already our 2/3rd best Dman. Im hoping Nash comes back with a huge chip on his shoulder and plays like a man possessed.

Not sure where guys like Gerbe and Jooris fit in. same with Fast. I cant see Fast in the top 9, not sure he will beat out Gerbe who has shown he can score in the past. and what do they do with Pirri?

does anyone know who is waivers exempt? I know Vesey and Buch are, but what about Gerbe and Jooris?
