Who's pushed him down? Just wondering because he's an offensive dman, which the Canucks don't have a plethora of, who put up 36 points at 20 years old in 67 games (.0537 PPG) in a PROFESSIONAL hockey league just below the NHL level.

I was blown away by how good Stecher is when I went to watch him this summer but he's the same size, if not slightly smaller, as Jordan Subban. Stecher put up 29 points at 21 years of age in 43 games at the college level, or (.674 PPG) which is great but that's not a professional league.

I know Benning has said some nice things about Stecher but I think you all are a little premature to state that he's pushed Subban down the depth charts. If you can surmise that from ONE afternoon of skating on the first day of camp you're a better observer of talent than me.
