Reminds me of the guy that was telling vantel to do his own investing and not use a financial advisor.

Keep in mind that it would likely force the team to move Hansen and Sbisa to clear cap so they might be able to recoup some of those picks.

Tampa has 6.5 in cap space and have both Kucherov and Nesterov unsigned.

I imagine the Canucks would have to offer 7-7.5 in order to force Tampa not to make space and match.

I was listening to the Benning Desjardins season-opening news conference and heard Desjardins was essentially asked if he felt they replaced Vrbata and Weber, 2 right hand shots and Desjardin came back with Eriksson and Larsen.

I guess Larsen has been penciled in as 3rd pairing? I hope Tryamkin gets some time in too.

its so predictable that you may as well not even send reporters out to interview them you already know what they'll say. Standard hockey speak.

Same answers over and over, no matter the player or the event..... as much as I dislike torts he is entertaining and you never know what he'll say....or more appropriately who he'll blame.

You hear tsn report torts said they werent prepared to play in the 1st big game. In NYR he blamed the 2nd rd loss to having been unprepared to play at that level. This is a repeated pattern for him, or at least a repeated excuse.
