Villeneuve told his bosses that he had some more stuff to get out, and that he would when he came back from his vacation on October 7th. His bosses asked him what it was, and he wouldn't tell so they fired him.

Maybe the Habs told them they would sue for defamation. I don't think a small radio station wants to go to court against an organization like that.

The problem with the story, it's that it's based on hearsay, with no context. I don't think it's very good journalism.

Liked Gagnon when he worked only at La Presse. Now I think he (frank)ing sucks on TV.

He's like Richard Martineau, he was pretty good when he had to write 3-4 opinions/week. Now that he has to make one column/day and talk on TV each day, he's only spewing bullpoop because he hasn't time to form a well-thought opinion.

And you know who I really, really liked not a long time ago and really gets on my nerve now? Dany Dubé. The guy really loves listening to himself.

I don't like Therrien, I don't like Paccioretty, but this story was ridiculous the 2nd it was reported. Shoddy journalism. It was 3rd hand info the 2nd he said it on the air. For that alone he deserved to be fired.

Really loved when Joe Juneau told on a radio interview that Dubé was the worst peteux de coche, lanceur de poubelle coach he ever had.

Then Dubé was like.. Yeah well that was a different era we had different methods back then.
