It's a sitcom but a pretty good one...pushes the envelope a bit and good acting with Sam Elliott, Debra Winger, 2 guys from 70's show and Elisha Cuthbert

I didn't get through the first season in it's entirety... the gf tore through season 1. I've seen half of season 2 as well...

May have ruined the show for myself because of how randomly I've watched it

Meh. Season 1. Small time crook becomes bigger time crook becomes super human crook. Season 2. Super human crook becomes not as big crook becomes shot.

No really surprises in it to have to watch in order.

You should check out Broadchurch. That should change your mind about him.

I hate everything related to Dr Who but after seeing him in JJ and Broadchurch, I actually like him as an actor.

Don't hold your breath on it. I watched the pilot and it was just ok. They also had some serious production issues with it that apparently cause the plot to be pretty non-existent.

Prepare to die of boredom in season 3. I loved and flew through seasons 1 and 2. Season 3 murdered my adoration of the show although I've been told the next few seasons are phenomenal so I need to get into it.

I don't remember the exact issues but I was basically told not to expect it to survive past a season if that.

Also, anyone thinking of following the show Pitch; beware. They only had MLB rights for the first episode. THAT'S IT. There will be no in-stadium ANYTHING after the first episode I've been told. I'll watch a handful to see if it's true but that's what I am told.
