No idea but I'll say this, Baptiste's finishing has always been better than adams. Although thats not saying much

Not that I agree with the way the US team was constructed, but they can't win with some people.

They beat Canada, but they suck and we're lucky because they were heavily out shot.

They lose to Europe, but they still suck even though they doubled Europe in shots.

The US never had any finishers. The result was inevitable for a team facing anything that resembles a competent goaltender.

Remember when Adam came in and put up like 10 points in 11 games or whatever it was and we were all like, "wow! This guy's awesome!" and then he didn't score again, ever? I hope Baptiste isn't like that.

So 2 "devices" in NY one didn't go off and the other one produced a "large explosion" and injured at least 29, 1 serious. But they're still investigating whether it's terrorism or not. Are you (frank)ing serious? It might not be Islamic terrorism, but it sure as poop is a terroristic act.

I guess people just liked setting bombs off today. There was another one in NJ this morning at a 5K to benefit Marines and sailors during the time which the race was scheduled, but no one was on the course because the race was delayed due to the fact that so many people signed up.

Don't know but scoring a hat trick in a prospects game is a good start for him. He needs to put together a good season in the ahl. Apparently Cornel gave him a no look pass on one goal.

I'm more curious how Nylander played.

edit- watched the highlights, Ullmark wasn't sharp but his d didn't help on a few goals. Brycen Martin had a bad game, too slow for the nhl. According to Hamilton Nylander struggled.

"I thought he made a few plays," Lambert said. "It didn't seem like he clicked with his linemates that much, but in saying that I didn't think we did a very good job moving the puck up to any forward."

Thanks schultzie. From the highlights I saw it seemed like the D was slow, made a lot of mistakes and didn't help out Ullmark much. Brycen Martin and Austin looked slow.

If I was Lambert I would put Bailey with Nylander on Monday night.

Not sure I'm loving where Ullmark is going to pan out in the NHL. It's still early in his career, but I'm not as confident as I used to be on him. Still like Petersen a real lot, but I definitely would like to see us use one of those two 2nd round picks we have in this years draft to take a top goalie prospect off the board.

I think the fans of this franchise have grown too used to looking at the prospects because there has been nothing real going on in the NHL. I think we should stop that now.
