With TBL being a cup contending team, I don't think so.

I think Yzerman has some sort of master plan for all this..

He's got to give one of them up for free at the end of the season, or get something in return via trade.

Is there a trade window between the in season deadline and the exp. draft - anyone know?

Still waiting for Francis to offer sheet Kucherov and force Yzerman's hand.

He did try to trade him to Calgary at the draft.... a trade has to happen eventually otherwise they lose one of them to the expantion draft.

If they pick Bishop over Vasil, I'd expect the trade to happen near the end of the season, giving them ample time to decide if moving Bishop is the right call or not.

It's a really tricky one...similar situation to what Andersen/Gibson was last year - but with expansion looming, even more difficult to gauge.

I don't dispute Carey price being the number one goalie in the league. But as far as fantasy goes. The Habs are not poised for a great season and who knows what happens coming off a big injury. Not sure I'd take the risk at number one for fantasy. But I guess it depends on what kind of fantasy league it is, what categories are used, and whether it's a keep league or not. Pretty solid list though.

thank you sir.

I think Price is knocking off the rust right now and will be poised for another excellent season.

Habs have improved their D IMO with the addition of Weber over Subban, less risky.

a few decent additions up front should help, im a leafs fan first and foremost, so it hurts to give any positive feedback about the habs, but for fantasy, I go for the money.

thanks for your feedback

Eastern bias. Talbot too low, no Markstrom. You're sleeping when they're playing

I did toss in Talbot, I meant to put him in and when I was going over my list I looked at Calgary's new goalie (Elliot) and for some odd reason was like ok yeah that's Edmonton's new goalie..brain fart.

I see at least 5 players that you throw them in over.

Looking at your list, I can't help but think Fleury/ Murray should be lower as they seem bound to either split games or one of them being the #2 which will make him useless fantasy wise... too risky to pick either unless it's a keeper where you'll get Murray easily.

Also, I'm gonna go on a limb here and say that the Flyers and S. Mason will have a better season than last year and therefore Mr. Mason should be higher on this list.

So there is no way Ben Bishop gets his job stolen by Vasilevsky during the season? It's my biggest fear in adding him.

Highly highly doubtful it is outright stolen. Obviously injury risk is there but biggest potential impediment to Bishops' overall value will be number of games he will play. Vasi will get plenty of games (thinking 30-35 but possibly approach a 50/50 split) which could put a damper on Bishops' season long stats. Outside of injury or a trade I see no way Vasi becomes the #1 this season.

I would like to see the calculation for each goalie. My FL is based on wins/shutouts.

Price is the best goalie in the league, but Bishop and Holtby are on stronger teams so they will likely be the better choices.

Keep Bish for this years' run but give plenty of time to Vasi to help keep Bish fresh. All in further preparation for Vasi as the #1 next season

Yeah it's tricky the Murray/Fleury situation. I think Murray will run with it, and if he falters than Snowflake will take over.. they are both solid, just seems murray's age and consistency has been impeccable!

Mason and flyers could surprise!!

On a different note, I'm in a keeper league. I have a proposed trade offered to me. Toffoli for Huberdeau. Should also mention I have Barkov and the league is pretty much based on point production instead of TOI and such. Thoughts?
