I try to stay as positive as anybody on this board by there were some REALLY BAD plays by USA defense on that goal.

I would want to move Reinhardt to 3c. Traditionally you don't put a top pick on the third line. But the modern NHL is rolling with three scoring lines on contenders. I think you try to develop three elite centers and then hope you can fill out the spare parts.

He's trending in the 6 per range and it could be higher once the WC is over with. Murray better get him on an 8 year contract pronto.

Ive come around to this NA team but I gotta say, you let some of these guys play for Canada and USA you could've wound up with a great final between the two countries. Not just for the hardcore fan but for all fans really.

Yeah, the first time it looked like he was going to, then reversed course and they almost got the puck to the net, the second time he didn't even look his way. Even the defensemen couldn't get it down to him, although, given the angle of the broadcast, I don't know if there was actually a lane for the D to get it to him, but there certainly was for McDavid.
