I hope not! I want a real competitor who'll take the body, as well as be a great scorer. I still remember the Muskoka 5 and him not waiving his no trade clause. He set the franchise back, at least 5 years. He convinced people like Kaberle and others to do the same. When I think about that trade that Philly had on the table, a first plus Jeff Carter for Kaberle, can you imagine where we could have been with the rebuild? To hell with Sundin.....he'll always be a loser in my books.

p.s. I also remember the Belfour snub, when Cujo left for Detroit and when they went to the Motor City for a road game, the core had dinner with Cujo and ignored their new goalkeeper. So much for respect for the fanbase. Again, to hell with Sundin!

He's young, scrappy, knows what the old regime was like and seems to be a great fit with the new regime. I like him a lot moving forward, and hope he can take on an active leadership role. We've all heard the rumours about his past extra-curriculars, but he seems to be on a positive path forward, so who knows what the future holds

Backes was literally running him off the draw, and just school yarding him. He did it one to many times and Kadri fought him. From then on I dont mind the kid. Good guy to learn from and hes locked in for a bit
