Every time I saw that dog he's come up and nuzzle up to me, I'd pet him every day..... It was totally unexpected.

Another dog accidentally jumped on his back and he nipped at him, so I should have been more careful that morning realizing he was in a bad mood.

Weird thing was the second after he bit me he was like "hi, how you doing freind" and later that day when I saw him again he came up and nuzzled up to me like every other day like nothing happened.

I could tell it wasn't "an attack" he was just upset at that scond. Yeah they bite hard, can't imagine what they would do when they wanted to get serious. Gez.

I had only personally know one person who had gotten bit by a dog before that.....a neighbor when I was growing up. Was by my dog who had just had a litter of pups and he went into the garage by himself after he was told not to to see the puppies and my dog broke her leash and got into the garage and but him on the arm.

I was bitten on the face by a family friend's dog before. Now I have a slight fear of big dogs.

To be fair, my dog would try to jack you for your sub... she's a fiend when it comes to bread (particularly unattended bread).

Her approach though is to distract you with her cuteness, then grab the sub while your guard is dropped

Oh yeah, you expect pets to sneak food on you where they can, it's part of the game. If you drop grocery bags and go take a piss, my cat will have found which bag out of ten has the prosciutto, gotten it out and is chewing down his second slice.

At least cats are pure meat eaters and don't drink booze, dogs will eat everything and get a nose into a neglected beer or wine! A basset hound who is a surly drunk is not good!
