Its so obvious eichel got drunk that night and was too hungover to play. 9 times out of 10 when players are out with "flu like symptoms" and "food poisoning" its due to booze. If i wanted to sabotage the sabres why would i mess with only eichels food? Garf is something else thats for sure.

Stating the obvious but the Leafs have drafted in the 1-4-5-8-21st hole in the past five drafts, they should have some good prospects. They've also recently done well with asset management acquiring more picks to increase their odds of finding a good player.

Yep, huge change from having no good prospects or just one or two, to having three elite prospects and multiple promising second tier guys. Which they should have at this point, and they do, that's what's so rad about it. Also getting Matthews the big centre is a huge change in the lineup as opposed to notting getting him.

Matthews, Marner I can see as your best prospects but I can't see Nylander making an impact unless he starts working away from the puck. He's got some time to go unless all he's going to do is wait for someone to feed him the puck all the time.

In that Hershey series last season, in Hershey in particular, he didn't seem to have any defensive awareness.

Apparently he was sick during that series. Hopefully playing with Matthews will accelerate Nylander's development, Babcock said he's looking at playing those two together.

Good question. I really want to say Garf but I genuinely believe he has a legitimate developmental delay. Unwavering arrogance is more the hallmark of a true troll. I have many charts and advanced stats to support this and if you don't agree with them it's because you don't understand.
