I was thinking before that Nashville is my favorite for the cup. Not for the schedule but it definitely helps.

I may be one of the few but I think Preds will miss Weber and let's see if Subban is a distraction.

I think Subban will thrive in Nashville. Josi is a beast and will continue to dominate. He outscored and outperformed Weber last year even if it was marginally.

I personally think Rinne has a bounce back year and takes them all the way. They have a solid team. Subban, as much as I dislike his game, will fit in nicely I think.

What if Subban wants to be the big gun to be the top scorer. Just speculation but?

From the reaction Subban seemed to have about being traded, I can only hope he has been somewhat humbled and realizes he needs to balance out his game. I think with the strong defense group that Nashville has, it could teach him to be more responsible defensively while giving him every opportunity to be a top producer.

I dislike how he plays because he just coughs up the puck more than he should at the worst times and does so by trying to do too much. Nashville is strong defensively throughout the team. Hopefully that rubs off on him.

Methinks this is Rinne's team and if PK is being a turd Rinne, Sullivan and Neill will reign him in. That was part of the issue in MTL, not enough strong vet leadership to smack him upside the head...

Probably right. Subban does have a big personality though. When things are going good no problem but what if things sour.

I am a weber fan so I prefer him .

Weber is on the decline...NAS dominated that trade. Weber is a great player but he is trending down and has a horrific contract

I think Weber is more reliable even if he is on the decline. Plus, he is better suited to the need Montreal has imo.

I still don't understand why sportsnet doesn't allow a person to chose which region they want to view ...you get sportsnet pacific and I get sportsnet west ...seems like a good idea to me
- Redmile247

So true. I tried to buy the SN Pacific package last year from shaw and was even willing to pay for the other channels I would never watch…but alas they told me the SN Pacific channel would be live except for NHL games (blocked out) so I was left to be gouged by centre ice anyways…

I agree being a Canucks fan in Alberta sucks, the last few seasons i got center ice, but last year i decided not to get it (and good thing) so i watched most of my games at work on a youtube stream

The contract does suck, but with Weber infront of Price that will be solid, the rest of Montreal not so much

I'm a big fan of both players and I would have signed weber to that contract in a hot minute.

But I think the Canucks dodged a bullet thankfully.

I honestly think Subban is going to thrive in Nashville.

I think Montreal are going to be a very strong team this year.

Price

Weber Sergachev Bealieu Markov Petry

Radulov Shaw McCarron Galy Gallagher Pleks Plak

That's a solid roster

That wasn't nice. It was funny as hell . He got tired of the bickering.

Next time ban me. I started all the crap .

I thought I read that price had some setbacks, his health is the biggest concern for me. I think will be better than last year for sure but still don't have them pegged as a contender.

I have them pegged as a wildcard team but wouldn't be surprised if they narrowly missed.
