The problem with Garth's blogs are twofold. Firstly, Garth's blogs are predominantly just fanboy fluff dedicated to pumping the tires of the owner, GM, coach and players of the Buffalo Sabres. There is not an ounce of objectivity.
Secondly, the moderators of his blog are hopeless Sabre / Garth fans. Posts are deleted and accounts suspended for no reason other than being critical of the Sabres or the blogger's strange affection of a 19 year old's muscles. Garth is unique to say the least. |

The nucks thread is absolute trash, it's hilarious and patheticly sad at the same time. It's unbeleiveable!!!
They spend their whole time talking about the leafs and making moronic statements like Marner is a worse prospect than the likes of Ho sang and da colle, and nylander can't win the Calder. And then they wonder why the leaf fans are in their thread.
They're so clueless vantel says "prospect" means someone that can win the Calder, and says that nylander can't win it and he'd take guys like mcdavid and eichel and hanafin to win the Calder over Marner.

The guy honestly said he thinks Boeser will have a better career than marner his reasoning behind it was marner has never played against men in the NHL and his high point totals mean nothing until he makes the NHL.
But wait...Boeser has never played in the NHL...I guess NCAA means NHL experience now.

It's an absolutely fantastic thread to be in. I spend most of my time there. Mainly because they sound exactly like Leafs fans did under Burke/JFJ/Nonis, there's more Leafs talk there than anywhere else I've found on this site, they absolutely despise Toronto and the Leafs to the point where nothing makes sense anymore it's just Spatso- like statements, and it's so easy to get them tied up in knots.
Their opinions change like the wind, they're so Pro-Benning it's awesome to see and the kicker for me, I genuinely think the IQ level is alot lower there than here, so I get to win more arguments.
