Would I consider Jake a prospect ? Not really , he has played a year, but at some point I may call him one seeing there is no real definition of what makes a player a prospect.

It's all subjective . Same as you saying Willie is a top 7 prospect.

How is Kapanen (58th) and Bracco (67th) ranked ahead of Connor Brown (93)? The kid was the OHL scoring Champion, last year he was the AHL top rookie, and this year (although injured), put up 29pts in 34 games on the Marlies and 6pts in 7 games playing on the Leafs. What has Kapanen and Bracco ever done? While they will likely never admit it, I think this ESPN list is using draft position in their decision making; only way to explain it.
