A bunch of East Coast boys sit around and decide who the best prospects are . Surprisingly half the list plays for the Leafs.

Well we can't all have the likes of Brock Boeser and Nikita Tryamkin.

Would I consider Jake a prospect ? Not really , he has played a year, but at some point I may call him one seeing there is no real definition of what makes a player a prospect.

It's all subjective . Same as you saying Willie is a top 7 prospect.

Here is a list of players that haven't played in the NHL that I would prefer on my team over Nylander or Marmer. Not in any particular order.

It's a bit strange that you draw a connection between "best prospects" and being a 30th place team. The whole idea of a "prospect" is that they aren't a regular on the team yet. It's not surprising that a 30th place team would have one of the best prospect pools--that's kind of how the draft + lottery system is set up.

It's also not super surprising that the Canucks don't have a super solid prospect pool--your high success over the last several years has meant that building a top prospect pool is pretty tough to do. Few teams can maintain high season results and also an amazing prospect pool at the same time. Also, you have the added handicap of Benning.

The best part of prock is that he's the typical leafs fan. He embodies all that is wrong with that fan base. I went to a Leafs game in Toronto and they were losing 5-0 to the canucks. The leafs scored half way into the third and people started chirping me in my Canucks jersey. Smh.
