There's a lobster roll food truck that parks outside my office once every 2 weeks or so. Have yet to try it but it looks incredible. I just have a hard time paying $20 for lobster from a truck especially because I'd probably need to get 2 rolls to fill me up

Rangers are stuck with Staal & Girardi, minus a buyout or we give up a very good prospect with either one of them for a 2nd/3rd.

Staal is a different story, his contract is virtually buyout proof. Maybe they'll do one of those trades with him but I think odds are he does the entire 5 years left on his deal as a Ranger.

They gotta hope he gets his game back together.

If anything, I'd trust it more. Those food trucks have razor thin margins and have to jump through so many hoops to be able to operate. You better believe they're serving only high quality stuff, otherwise they'll be out of business real fast.

Yup, Girardi is gone next year unless he has a miraculous year.

I think the Rangers need to win a cup this year and then Girardi & Staal retire on high note.

But those "gourmet" food trucks you see parked all over the city have to pay out the ass for permits and god-knows what else. That's why so few of them really make any steady profits. So I'd have to imagine that they know if they pump out a crap product, they're just pissing their business away eventually.

This guy was on the food network a couple times so he's legit. Food trucks in midtown actually provide some of the best and highest quality food you can get
