It still goes on today, look at the non suspensions verses the suspensions against the canucks as one example, its so one sided its not even funny. The canucks will never get a break from the nhl as long as bettman is there. And chris pronger in player safety give me a break.

Pretty much pick your players and let them get points. You can add and drop players, so there will be lots of movement of players. If a guy gets injured you can put him on the IR and add a new player.

But your lineup doesn't have bench players, so you don't have to worry about setting your lineup every day.

I think it's a perfect format for both casual and hard core hockey pool guys.
