I can't speak for my fellow posters but I was never high on him. I watched him play for Utica enough times to not be impressed with his skill level. He has a knack for the net so he deserves credit in that regard. In my opinion, if you are an undersized player you need a high level of skill to be successful. I just don't see it and I don't see his scoring translating to the NHL. With that being said, I still don't know why they targeted Granlund.

I agree. Saw Shink play a few times on Comets and all that I remember him doing was hang around the center Ice line waiting for the breakout pass. Kinda reminded me of Bure, except Shink didn't have half the skill or speed of Bure and all it ended up doing was make it feel like the other team was on a pp everytime shink was on the ice.
