Meh. He get's to live in the sun, play on a stacked team and pay very little tax. I can't hate the guy for making that choice.

I dont give a poop about their living conditions.. I just think they're getting screwed by management and i hope they never win.. I used to like them but after the past two seasons i kinda like them less now.

Pacioretty is more of the finisher. Kessel typically puts up more assists. They'd probably complement each other quite well on the same line TBH

I'd like to see a JVR - Patches - Kessler line.

It would be the greatest diving line of all time.

Meh... they're both pretty soft... They're both very good obviously but I'm not sure it would be the best.

Pacioretty is better with a player like Gallagher who's charging the net and creating space for him.

Far superior? Really? How so?

Edit: Pacioretty is just as good of a goal scorer (if not better as of today), is considered a very complete two-way players and heals from injuries faster than wolverine.

I seriously don't know why Johnson is on this team.

Faulk is amazing man... the fact he's not there is beyond me.

- Scabeh

No idea. I mean, he's good enough to make the Olympic roster as a 21 year old, but at 24 isn't good enough for the World Cup team for some reason?

I don't see Pacioretty diving either.

He just cries out in pain, goes back to the dressing room making everyone believe he just died/lost an arm and he comes back 2 min later completely fine.

Well that's why my point wasn't about how Kessel WAS better than Pacioretty.

Right now, today, for team USA, Pacioretty has to be picked first. imo.

There's plenty of centres who do that too. Put those two with someone like Getzlaf and that would probably work really well.

Thank you, Dr. Recchi.

Maybe PK gave him poop for being a huge wussy and that's why they traded him.

Almost sounds like the Habs lost their superstar goaltender to injury and their whole season went to hell huh?

It sounds more like the team captain didnt do much to right the ship when adversity struck...

a 48 goal differential is not something you can blame on bad goaltending.
