Reminds me of the Tuna (Parcells) whom in training camp always insisted on wearing those same shorts that he pulled over the belly & had the shorts hiked way above the knee...why do fat men do this? We still see the gut, cannot hide it. - B2B76
That's a movie that I've been dying to re-watch for awhile now.
By the way, Straight Out of Compton was shockingly really, really great. I figured it would be a fun watch, but it was a really good movie. - eichiefs9

It was. Even though I'm more a metal head I always loved NWA & Public Enemy & the Beastie Boys. Go figure, maybe it was the Anthrax influence who loved Rap

If you went to grade school in the 80's it was mandatory you liked all those groups. Was in the same boat as you. Mostly metal but loved all those guys including Cypress Hill.

Lundqvist is 34. Star scorer Rick Nash is 32 and has lost major time to injuries in two of his past three seasons. Dan Girardi, once a stalwart on defense, has regressed into one of the league’s worst regulars according to his advanced statistics. Dan Boyle is a Ranger no more. There were even whispers early this summer that Gorton might move stud blueliner Ryan McDonagh.

Like that's a (frank)ing bad thing?!?! - rangerdanger94
I have seen this a couple of times now, "the Rangers will need to figure out how to replace Dan Boyle"

I'm guessing they are talking offense.
McIlrath won't score many, I think Skjei could come close to his 24 pts though. If they give him PP time and better than 3rd pairing minutes, probably would easily exceed that.

Like McILrath ability to shoot the one timer, maybe they should give him a shot on the PP. Perhaps post him up in the Ovie/Stamkos slot above the circle, and let him rip it. Worth a try.
Before the hate for Buchnevich on the first line, Zibanejad will be learning a new system along with Vesey. Playing with Nash and Stepan allows him to play with 2 defensively responsible/veteran guys to get acclimated. Not saying he plays there all year but I don't think it's a bad spot to start him.

I don't think Zibinajed will be paired with two world Cup players, definitely not at first anyway. He'll be in training camp without Miller and Zuccarello for awhile.
He'll be the top center in camp, probably play with Nash and Kreider at first

I wouldn't be surprised if Buchnevich starts on one of the top 2 lines either. He's not gonna be put on the top line to carry the line, but he has the offensive skills and abilities to complement guys like Nash and Stepan for sure.

He's already booked his flight back to St. Petersburg.
