Huberdeau,Pysyk, Petrovich are all RFA who would eat up the majority of that, plus Jagr if he comes back again

If they didn't move bolland now, they might find themselves in a huge cap mess depending on what those RFAs will need to be resigned since really who knows his injury situation a year from now, he might be healthy to play next year? Panthers probably couldn't take that risk
