after the Grabovski buy-out, I almost drove to Toronto myself.

Crosuse as a former top ten pick is a lot to pay to move a contract, but fla clears two contracts and creates flexibility, saves 16.5mil and gets back a pair of decent picks. Combine that with crouse's major lack of development and underwhelmingness and they very may well end up with a better (or at least as good) of a player this those 2 picks than crouse becomes.


Crouse most likely plays in the nhl, but not in an impactful way. Depth.

It was good.....at the time, then he got injured and wasn't the same after, but still wanted a big money contract....which he got from Florida and not us thankfully.
