Seems like a perfectly reasonable choice with an 11th overall pick...

Crosuse as a former top ten pick is a lot to pay to move a contract, but fla clears two contracts and creates flexibility, saves 16.5mil and gets back a pair of decent picks. Combine that with crouse's major lack of development and underwhelmingness and they very may well end up with a better (or at least as good) of a player this those 2 picks than crouse becomes.


Crouse most likely plays in the nhl, but not in an impactful way. Depth.

I wasn't sure if I would end up eating my words about him but it still seems to be pretty accurate.

He was that kid that hit his growth spurt really early and dominated smaller kids simply on size and not skill.
